Krista Jacques, a Kirksville native, earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing form Truman State University and a Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri in Columbia. She has been certified by the American Nurses’ Credentialing Center as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2000.
Krista’s clinical special interests include helping people better manage their osteoarthritis and taking care of patients in the perioperative period. She also has special interest in injury prevention and health promotion. She is a founding member of Northeast Missouri Raising Awesome and Active Kids (NEMO RAAWKS), a non-for-profit organization geared at promoting active lifestyles and healthy nutrition in children.
Krista resides in Kirksville with her husband, Jeff, and her children, Kelsey and Jarrett.
